Enyaten – Tokyo

A small Izakaya, with just 20 seats. Great yakitori (grilled chicken), and amazing fried chicken. It can be tricky for English-only guests, but the service is super nice and they will find a way to collect your order. We loved it!

Susuri – Sapporo

Get in and order at the vending machine. Then present the ticket at the bar and get your food.

Our first soy sauce ramen. The broth wasn’t thick and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The slice of chicken breast was incredibly tasty.

Craft Pasta Torino – Tokyo

Handmade pasta, cooked beautifully. Amazing flavors and great hospitality. The chef lived and trained in Italy for a few years before heading back to Tokyo and open his family restaurant. Probably one of the best pasta we’ve ever had. Ever.

All the recipes are authentic. Highly recommended.

Tsukiji Itadori Bekkan – Tokyo

What an amazing experience! In a very small road in the outskirts of the old fish market we have found this small restaurant with incredibly good sushi.

You will sit at the bar looking at experienced and smiling chefs making your sushi.

Very limited seats, better get there early in the morning or book. Sea Urchin is a must!
